【摘要】 目的 探讨内固定治疗半盆脱位的临床效果。 方法 前环包括耻骨支骨折采用髓内穿针，后环采用解剖定位法松质骨拉力螺丝钉或空心双头螺纹钉固定。 结果 33例内固定病人获得随访，随访时间8～32个月，优良率90.9%。 结论 应用该法可解剖复位且固定牢固，且减少了并发症。

    【Abstract】 Objective To detemine the clincial effect of the intermal fixation for hemi-pelvic dislocation.Methods The anterior dislocations of half pelvic ring including os pubic fracture were fixed by intramedullary nail-ing.The posteriors were fixed by the cancellous bone-screws or hollowed double head screws based on anatomical ori-entation.Results 33cases of the dislocation of half pelvic ring treated by internal fixation were followed up for eight months to thirty two months.The rate of excellent results was90.9%.Conclusion The eary internal fixation should be made as soon as the hemodynamics is stable.With this method ......
