【摘要】 目的 评价带锁髓内钉在长管状骨骨折中的临床疗效。 方法 对2001年3月～2002年3月就诊于我院的37例长管状骨骨折患者采用带锁髓内钉进行内固定。注重术后功能锻炼，观察恢复情况。 结果 37例接受带锁髓内钉治疗的患者经过半年的随访，全部骨折愈合，功能恢复率为97.2%，无畸形愈合，无断钉现象，疗效良好。 结论 带锁髓内钉适应证广，尤其在长管状骨骨折中，具有手术创伤小、术后感染率低、不用外固定等优点。配合良好的术后功能锻炼，在治疗长管状骨骨折中应用前景好。
