【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺功能亢进外科治疗围手术期中各种处理措施对手术成功及预后的影响。 方法 对197例甲状腺功能亢进的术前准备、术中技术要点、术后并发症进行回顾分析。 结果 绝大部分患者疗效满意，197例患者全部治愈，无一例出现甲状腺功能低下。手术近期并发症11例，经对症处理均治愈。 结论 充分的术前准备、熟练的手术技巧是手术成功和预防术后并发症的关键。
