【摘要】 目的 探讨带状疱疹合并排尿障碍的诊断和治疗方法。 方法 在676例带状疱疹病例中，分析骶髓领域的带状疱疹合并排尿障碍6例病例的有关检查结果和应用α-受体阻滞、抗生素、留置尿管与早期诊断治疗的关系。 结果 3例为治疗前有前列腺增生本病后表现为排尿费力，3例出现急性尿潴留。早期应用α-受体阻滞、抗生素、留置尿管，4周后原发病和并发症均治愈恢复到了发病前的正常状态。 结论 随访3年6例患者经过良好。详细的询问病史、体格检查、实验室检查并及早药物和物理治疗，是早期诊断和治疗的的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder associated with herpes zoster.Methods To analyse6cases of neurogenic bladder associated with sacral herpes zoster infection of676cases with herpes zoster，retrospectively.Results We appliedα-receptor block drugs、antibiotics and indwelled urethral catheter as soon as possible.The primary affection and syndrome were cured.Six cases were followed up for3years.All patients were very well.Conclusion The medical record、check-up、laboratorial examination and early treatment were keys of this disease.
