     【摘要】 本文旨在探讨护理奖金分配的运行机制,依据其定岗、定分、定质量为宗旨,实行护理岗位、护理质量计分法,合理评估护士的自身社会价值和经济价值,体现奖金分配的公平性、合理性,从而调动各级护理人员积极性、进取心和自我约束力,强化护理管理水平,全面促进护理质量的提高,逐步建立按岗取酬、按工作业绩取酬的奖金分配机制。

    【Abstract】 The paper is to approach the operating mechanism of distributing nursing money awards,which takes fixing posts,fixing marks and fixing quality as a goal and carries out the calculating method according to nursing posts and nursing quality so as to evaluate rationally the social and economic value of nurses and embody the fairness and reasonability of money award distribution,and thus,to motivate the enthusiasm,aggressiveness and self-restraint of nurses at all levels,to enhance nursing management,to promote comprehensively the improvement of nursing equality,and to achieve steadily the goal of establishing the operating mechanism of distributing nursing money awards according to posts and performance.
