【摘要】 对头孢泊肟酯的含量测定HPLC方法进行了改进。色谱条件:采用普通酸性C18柱，乙腈-水(40∶60)(用磷酸调节pH值至4.0)为流动相，流速1.0ml/min，柱温:30℃，检测波长:240nm。色谱条件简单，实用性强，头孢泊肟酯与有关物质分离良好。头孢泊肟酯在0.1994mg/ml～0.9970mg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.99999)，平均回收率为99.45%，RSD=0.32%(n=9)。

    【Abstract】 An HPLC method for determinaton of cefpodoxime proxetil was developed.The conditions were as follow:column:C18;mobile phase:acetonitrile-water(40∶60)(pH4.0:adjusted by pfospharic acid);flow rate:1.0ml/min;column temperature:30℃;detection wavelenth:240nm;The chromatographic conditions could be reached easily.The standard curve was rectilinear within the range of0.1994mg/ml～0.9970mg/ml cefpodoxime proxetil.The average recovery was99.45%with the RSD of0.32%(n=9).
