【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺手术围手术期危急并发症的防治。 方法 对1990～2002年168例甲状腺手术中6例出现危急并发症的原因进行分析，探讨了急性呼吸道梗阻、术后大出血、甲状腺危象、严重心律失常等并发症的防治措施。 结果 6例痊愈。 结论 甲状腺手术是一项风险大，变化快，有潜在危险的手术，术中、术后均可发生致命性危急并发症，充分估计，重视围手术期处理，充分做好术前准备，术中精心操作，术后严密观察，对减少并发症的发生至关重要。
