【摘要】 目的 观察洛赛克与法莫替丁对比治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血(EVB)的效果。 方法 62例确诊为EVB的患者随机分为洛赛克组与法莫替丁组，在应用善宁止血治疗的基础上，两组分别静脉用洛赛克和法莫替丁，观察止血时间、平均输血量、平均住院日等。 结果 洛赛克显效28.57%，有效53.59%，平均输血量4.13±1.36U，平均住院日15.4±6.7天。法莫替丁组显效24.67%，有效35.29%，平均输血量5.68±1.68U，平均住院日23.9±5.8天。两组比较有效率、平均输血量、平均住院日差异有显著性。 结论 洛赛克与法莫替丁相比对EVB能增加止血效果，缩短住院日，减少输血量。
