【摘要】 目的 探讨进刀起点调控技术在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis，LASIK)中应用的优点和不足，为寻求更好的角膜瓣制作方法和设备的改进提供新的思路。 方法 对429眼在LASIK术中应用进刀起点调控技术，改变角膜瓣形状。 结果 进刀起点调控技术可操作性强，所形成的角膜瓣稳定性好，与角膜瓣相关的并发症明显减少。 结论 熟练操作，掌握技巧后，使用进刀起点调控技术，优越性明显，值得推广;该技术的不足之处可为板层刀的改进提供新的思路。
