【摘要】 目的 探讨在高血压脑出血中应用锁孔手术进行超早期治疗的适应证及疗效。 方法 回顾对我院2003年1月～2004年11月份共78例高血压脑出血患者，进行超早期锁孔手术治疗。 结果 术后1～7天，CT复查，彻底清除58例，少量残留21例。术后1～2月随访，术前偏瘫、中枢性面瘫等均有不同程度好转。 结论 根据病情特点，适时应用锁孔手术，是神经外科医生进行手术治疗高血压脑出血的最好选择。
