【摘要】 目的 探讨开展腹腔镜胆囊切除(laparoscope cholecystectomy，LC)如何减少并发症的发生，使该技术顺利进行。 方法 回顾性分析310例LC病例。 结果 本组无胆道损伤、术后大出血、胆漏、严重并发症，无死亡。 结论 开展LC初期，需组织专业小组，有丰富的胆道剖腹手术经验，严格掌握操作技巧，是减少并发症的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To reduce complications after laparoscope cholecystectomy(LC).Methods 310LC cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results The group had no biliary tract injury，bleeding badly，biliary fistula，se-rious complications after operation and death.Conclusion Carrying out the proper procedures and establishing special group are the key to reduce complications of cholecystectomy at the beginning of LC.
