摘 要 目的 探讨TNF-αmAb对缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤的影响。方法 用Zea longa报道的大白鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注尼龙线栓塞模型,对6h短暂脑缺血/再灌注大白鼠使用抗TNF-αmAb/生理盐水后的脑梗塞体积、脑组织病理学变化及微血管内白细胞聚集及附壁现象进行了观察。结果 抗TNF-αmAb能减少脑梗塞体积,减轻脑组织变性坏死程度,减少白细胞在微血管内的聚集和粘附。结论 抗TNF-αmAb能起到减轻脑缺血/再灌注损伤作用。

Experimental studyof Anti-TNF-α mAb oncerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in Rat

Abstract Objectve To exploreTNF-αmAb effection on cerebral lesson of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.Methods Theanimal model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was applied.Rats were subjected at6 hours MCA occlusion and after reperfusion they were treated with Anti-TNF-αmAb ornormal saline.All animal were killed 24 hours after onset of ischemia.Volume oflesion,pathological change and leukocyte accumulation and adhesion were observed.Result Theresults showed volume of lesion was reduced significantly,tissue damage waslightened,leukocyte accumulation and adhesion was decreased in rats treated with Anti-TNF-αmAb.Conclusion Author consider Anti-TNF-α mAb can reduce reperfusioninjury and protect brain tissue.
