摘 要 目的 研究甘露醇和复方甘油对凋亡调控基因的影响，从而证实其脑保护作用。方法 采用免疫组化方法观察甘露醇和复方甘油对Bcl-2、bax表达的影响。结果 甘露醇和复方甘油均能抑制神经细胞凋亡，但二者相比甘露醇效果更为明显。结论 在脑梗死急性期应首选甘露醇，也可将甘露醇与复方甘油两药合用，以增强疗效。

Abstract Objective Toapprove the cerebral protection function of mannitol and glycerol by analyzing theireffect on apoptosis controlling genes.Methods Immunohistochemicalmethod to observe the effect of mannitol and glecerol on Bcl-2 and bax geneexpression.Results Both mannitol and glycerol can inhibit neuronal apoptosis,whilemannitol is more effective.Conclusion Mnnitol is prefered in acutestage of cerebral ischemia,and the combination of mannitol and glycerol is alsoacceptable.
