姜黄素与5-氟尿嘧啶对人白血病K562细胞体外抗癌的协同作用

提要 用MTT法及AO/EB荧光法观察了姜黄素与5-氟尿嘧啶对人白血病K562细胞体外抗癌的协同作用，结果发现姜黄素与5-氟尿嘧啶合用有相加甚至增强作用，尤其是对诱导细胞凋亡的协同作用更为突出，协同效果呈剂量依赖性增强。

The synergistic antitumour effects of curcumin(Cur) and5-Fluorouracil(5-Fu) on K562 cell in vitro were studied with MTT method and AO/EBfluorescent staining.It was found that the combinations of Cur and 5-Fu for 48h increasedboth inhibition rate and apoptosis rate to a greater extent than occurred for cell treatedwith either compound alone.
