摘要 目的：初步探讨CagA⁺ Hp与胃十二指肠疾病的关系。方法：检测103例胃十二指肠疾病患者的血清CagA-Hp-IgG抗体，了解含CagA基因Hp在胃十二指肠疾病中的感染率。结果：消化性溃疡患者的CagA-Hp-IgG抗体阳性率明显高于慢性胃炎组(P<0.05)，活动性胃炎组的抗体阳性率又明显高于非活动性胃炎组。结论：CagA⁺ Hp与消化性溃疡、活动性胃炎关系密切。
