摘要: 目的 探讨自研设计的抗冲击性人工髋关节的生物力学特点及其意义。方法 以新鲜人尸股骨为对照组,取其相关生物力学参数后在股骨距上12mm处截骨,将自研设计的抗冲击性人工髋关节假体(以下简称抗冲击性假体)和最常用的Moore型人工髋关节假体(Moore型假体)分别安装在新鲜人尸股骨上,固定后分别测试两组在静态时的应力分布状况及动态时的冲击载荷的大小。结果 抗冲击性假体的应变值的分布接近于股骨对照组,抗冲击性假体所承受冲击载荷远大于Moore型假体。结论 自研设计的抗冲击性假体更符合生物力学要求。

Biomechanics researchabout anti-impacted femoral prosthesis

Abstract Objective To investigate thefunction and significance of biomechanics about anti-impacted femoral prosthesis.Methods 10cases fresh femoral specimens were as control, before head osteotomy of femur above 12 mmlesser trochanter. After osteotomy, all specimens were divided into two test groupsconsisting of five specimens in which the anti-impacted femoral prosthesis and the Moorefemoral prosthesis were installed respectively. After fixed prosthesis, the straindistribution and impact load about two test groups were measured.Results The straindistribution of the anti-impacted femoral prosthesis approached the control group and theimpact load of the anti-impacted femoral prosthesis was superior to that of Moore femoralprosthesis.Conclusion Anti-impacted femoral prosthesis is superior to Moore femoralprosthesis in the strain distribution and beared the impact load.
