摘要 ：前列舒通颗粒剂多次口服给药能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜所致大鼠足肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿，提高小鼠痛阈，有些药理作用强于前列康胶囊。对正常和水负荷大鼠有明显的利尿作用，还能增加尿中K⁺ 、Na⁺ 的排泄量。

Abstract :Repeated oral administration of Qianlie Shut ong Granule (QSG) could marke dly inhibit acute and chronic inflammatory reaction,including croton-oil-induced auricular swelling in mice,carrageenin-induced paw swelling and cotton-ball-ind uced granuloma in rats.QSG increased the pain threshold in mic e.Some actions of QSG were stronger than Qianlie Kang Capsule .QSG also had an obvious diuretic ef fect on normal and hyperhydropexic rats and increased the urine K⁺ and Na⁺ .
