摘要： 肝乐胶囊对大、小鼠四氯化碳及小鼠D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)所致中毒性肝损伤造型有保护作用。实验表明，肝乐胶囊能显著抑制血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性上升，同时提高大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性，肝组织病理学观察证实，肝乐胶囊能减轻肝细胞病理损害。

Protective Effect of Ganle Capsule on Experi mental Hepatic Injury in Animal Models

Abstract: The protective effect of Ganle Cap sule(GC) on CCl₄- induced hepatic injury in mice and rats and D- Galactosalmine- induced hepatic injury in mice were studied.The result showed that GC could obviously inhibit the increase of glutamic pyruvic transamiase(ALT) activity and increase superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum.The histopathological examination of hepatic tissue showed that GC could reduce the hepatocytic injury.
