摘要 从疫苗使用角度，用接种后发病率为指标，调查影响疫苗接种质量的有关因素，并讨论和提出改进方法，作者认为：防疫部门应严格掌握初免月龄，改进接种方式，推广以乡(镇)为单位的定点接种，加强对村医的培训，可使接种成功率得以提高。

     Abstract An investigation on the factors influencing the quality of measles vaccination was conducted in the field practice, using measles attack rate as an indicator. Some suggestions were recommended. The authors think that if the public health staff held the proper age for measles vaccination, improved the way of implementation, extended the fix vaccination clinics at township level,and intensified the training for village doctors, the vaccination success rate would increase.
