摘 要：目的 研究颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的CT、X线表现，着重探讨颅面骨骨化性纤维瘤的CT诊断和鉴别诊断要点。材料与方法 回顾分析10例颅骨、颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤的临床及影像学资料。结果 10例中，7例经CT检查，3例经X线检查。其主要影像表现为： (1) 骨性肿块；(2) 膨胀性破坏； (3) 病灶边界清楚。CT诊断7例中，5例正确，2例误诊。X线检查3例均被误诊。结论 CT扫描能清楚地显示颅骨、颌面骨骨化性纤维瘤的病灶部位、范围和轮廓。因此CT扫描在该病的诊断和鉴别诊断中可起重要作用。
Imaging Diagnosis of Craniofacial Ossifying Fibroma A Report of 10 Cases

ABSTRACT： Objective To study the CT and plain X-ray film features of craniofacial ossifying fibroma, focusing on the key points in diagnosing and distinguishing. Materials and Methods CT (n=7) and X-ray (n=3) findings in 10 cases with craniofacial ossifying fibroma were retrospectively analyzed.Results The imaging features were as follows: (1) osseous mass; (2) expanded destruction; (3) sharply-bordered focus. Of 7 cases diagnosed on CT, 2 were misdiagnosed, while all 3 cases studied with plain X-ray film were misdiagnosed.Conclusion CT scan can well demonstrate the location, extent and contour of craniofacial ossifying fibroma, therefore, it plays an important role in diagnosing and distinguishing.
