摘 要：目的 探讨口腔颌面部病变的MRI表现及应用价值。材料与方法 回顾复习13例经手术病理及临床确诊的口腔颌面部病变的MRI资料，其中包括恶性肿瘤9例，良性肿瘤2例，口腔颌面部感染2例。结果 MRI具有优良的软组织分辨率，可清楚显示口腔颌面部正常解剖结构及病理改变。结论 MRI对口腔颌面部病变的诊断具有重要价值。

    

Application of MRI in Oral Maxillofacial Diseases

ABSTRACT： Objective To evaluate MRI findings of oral maxillofacial disorders in the making of diagnosis. Materials and Methods The MRI findings of 13 surgically and pathologically proved oral maxillofacial lesions, including malignant tumor (n=9), benign tumor (n=2) and infection lesion (n=2), were analyzed retrospectively. Results MR imaging provided excellent soft-tissue resolution. The normal anatomic structures as well as lesions of oral maxillofacial area could be well demonstrated on MRI. Conclusion MRI is an effective modality in diagnosing of oral maxillo-facial lesions.
