摘要：目的：随着乳腺癌手术后5年生存率的不断提高，乳腺癌根治术后乳房再造已成为当前乳腺外科的一个重要课题。方法：自1993年至1996年先后随机对34例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者施行保留乳头附合体的手术切口的改良根治术。结果：在保证达到根治效果的基础上，保留乳头及乳晕的组织结构，为以后的乳房再造创造了良好的解剖条件。同期随机取43例改良根治术的乳腺癌患者作为对照。结论：统计结果表明，两组病例疗效相同。随访结果证明，该手术切口的设计，不影响手术根治的效果，无特殊并发症，术后复发率及死亡率，与改良根治术无差异。

A Study on the Treatment of Breast Cancer by preserving the Papillary Appendage

Abstract Objective:To study the effects of modified radical operation with papillary appendage preserved of breast cancer patients and compared with the conventional radical operation.Methods:During 1993～1996,modified radical surgery with the nipple and areola of mamma preserved were performed ion thirty-four breast cancer patients on stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ cases.At same time,modified radical operation was carried out in 43 cases as control.Results:There was no statistical difference observed in postoperative complication,recurrence or mortality rate between these two groups.Conclusion:In breast cancer patients,modified radical operation with papillary appendage preserved is practical and useful in postoperative breast reconstruction.
