摘 要：目的 观察奎宁对人小涎腺样囊性癌Acc-2细胞多药耐药的逆转作用。方法 利用Acc-2细胞的多药耐药模型Acc-2/VCR，采用MTT和流式细胞仪体外观察奎宁对Acc-2/VCR多药耐药的逆转。结果 奎宁能一定程度地逆转Acc-2/VCR对VCR、DDP、PYM的耐药，并能降低经奎宁处理后Acc-2/VCR的DNA含量。结论 奎宁是一种较好的耐药调节剂。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE REVERSING EFFECT OF QUINE ON MULTIDRUG RESISTANT ACC-2/VCR

Abstract：Objective To observethe resistant reversing effect of quinine on multidrug resistant Acc-2/VCR.Methods Usingthe multidrug resistant Acc-2/VCR in vitro,quinine was tested as a drug resistantmodulator to reverse the multidrug resistance of Acc-2/VCR by MTT assay and observed theeffect on DNA contents of Acc-2/VCR treated by VCR by FCM.Results quinine can reversethe resistance of Acc-2/VCR to VCR、DDP、PYM,decrease the DNA contents of Acc-2/VCRtreated by VCR.Conclusion quinine is a good drug resistant modulator.
