摘要 对110例三种胸水(结核性、细菌性、肿瘤性)的9项生化指标[乳酸(La)、铁(Fe)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总胆固醇(TC)、糖(Glu)、总蛋白(Tp)、淀粉酶(A-m)、pH]进行了测定，结果表明：三种胸水各组化学值之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)，其差异程度及规律与疾病的性质和程度有关，这对于判断胸水的性质有一定价值。

The value of measurementof biochemical elements in three kinds of hydrothorax

Thevalues in nine biochemical elements (La, Fe, TIBC, LDH, TC, Glu, Tp, A-m, pH ) of threekinds of hydrothorax (tuberculous, bacterial and tumorous groups) from 100 patients weremeasured. Results showed that the chemical values of the three groups differedsignificantly, (P<0.05), its degree and rule of differences are correlated with theproperty and degree of disease. It is valuable in diagnosing the property of hydrothorax.
