摘 要：为研究透明质酸(HA)和可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)与胃癌的生物学行为关系及其临床意义，用双抗体夹心法(ELISA法)测定42例胃癌患者。30例良性胃病和24例健康人的sIL-2R，同时还用RIA法测定其HA水平。结果表明，胃癌患者血清HA和sIL-2R明显高于良性胃病组和健康对照组(P<0.05)，且随着胃癌病情的进展血清HA和sIL-2R出现升高趋势，化疗后血清HA和sIL-2R明显下降。提示血清HA和sIL-2R可作为胃癌的辅助诊断和病情监测的参考指标。

The expression andsignificance of human serum hyaluronic acid

    and soluble interleukin-2 receptor in patients with carcinoma of stomach

Abstract： The relation of serum hyaluronic acid (HA) and solubleinterleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) to the biological behavior of carcinoma of stomach werestudied. The serum sIL-2R from 42 patients with carcinoma of stomach, 30 patients withbenign gastropathy, 24 healthy individuals were detected by using ELISA method. Their HAlevels were detected by using RIA method. It was clear that serum levels of HA and sIL-2Rin patients with carcinoma of stomach were statistically higher than those in patientswith benign gastropathy and in healthycontrolled group (P<0.05). With the developmentof carcinoma of stomach, serum HA and sIL-2R tended to increase at the same time. Butserum HA and sIL-2R decreased dramatically after chemotherapy. It indicated that serum HAand sIL-2R might come as a reference index to supplementedly diagnose and monitercarcinoma of stomach.
