摘要： 建立一种用反相高效液相色谱法检测复方制剂中头孢氨苄和甲氧苄啶含量的方法.头孢氨苄浓度为0.05～2.00 mg/mL、甲氧苄啶浓度为0.01～0.40 mg/mL时存在良好的线性关系.头孢氨苄回收率为100.4%，RSD=0.58%(n=7);甲氧苄啶回收率为100.2%，RSD=0.62%(n=7).

Determination of the Content of Cefalexin and Trimethoprim in the Compound Cefalexin Capsules by RP-HPLC

Abstract ： A RP-HPLC method in the separation and determination of a compoundpreparation consisting of cefalexin and trimethoprim was developed.In the method hypersilBDS C₈ as the stationary phase and acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L NH₄Cl-0.01mol/L 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt-glacial acetic acid(25 ∶70 ∶5 ∶0.2)as the mobile phase were adopted and the detection wavelengthof 296 nm was specified.Results:the standard curves for cefalexin and trimethoprim wasliner in the range 0.05 ～0.20 mg/mL(r=0.999 6)andtrimethoprim was liner in the range 0.01 ～0.40 mg/mL(r=0.999 8).100.4% with RSD 0.58%(n=7)and 100.2% with RSD 0.62%(n=7).The recoveriesboth for cefalexin and trimethoprim of the method are 101.4% and 99.5% respectively.Themethod is simple,rapid and reliable.
