开放性胫腓骨骨折47例治疗体会

摘要 对47例开放性胫腓骨骨折，采用钢板固定或跟骨牵引术，结果术后创口感染6例(12.7%)，骨折愈合率达100%。认为，钢板内固定和跟骨牵引术，只要严格掌握适应证，并彻底清创，尽早闭合创口，配合应用抗生素，仍不失为基层医院治疗开放性胫腓骨折行之有效的方法。

Internal fixation with steel plate and transcalcaneal traction weredone on 47 patinets with open fracture of both tibia and fibula. 6 patients (12.7%) werepostoperatively infected. The union rate was 100%. It suggested that internal fixationwith steel plate and transcalcaneal traction are an effective way of treating openfracture of both tibia and fibula if the indication was strictly controlled and the woundwas thoroughly cleared, and earlier closed, combined with antibiotic.
