摘要 目的 ：探讨普乐林对冠心病的血液流变性的影响，评价普乐林治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法 ：采用单盲对比法将患者随机分成两组，治疗组40例，对照组40例，分别静脉滴注普乐林和复方丹参。并于治疗前后检查血液流变性，动态心电图、常规12导联心电图。结果 ：治疗组治疗后血液流变性参数较对照组明显降低，两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)，治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 ：普乐林能有效降低冠心病患者的血液粘稠度，扩张血管，改善心肌缺血。

EFFECT OF PUERAIN ON HEMORHEOLOGICS OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION

ABSTRACT Objective :Toinvestigate the effect of puerain on hemorheologics of coronary heart disease and evaluatethe clinical effectiveness puerain makes on coronary heart disease.Methods :Patientswith coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly by single-blindmethod,40 cases intreatment group,another 40 in control group.Puerain and salviatemiltiorrhizae compositae were given by infusion to themrespectively.Hemorheologics,dynamic electrocardiogram and reguler twelve channelselectrocardiogram were tested before and after treatments,and their effectiveness wereobserved.Results ：The parametric deviation of hemorheologics intreatment group was abviously smaller than control group's.There was significantdifference between them(P<0.01),and treatment group had much more clinicaleffectiveness(P<0.01).Conclusion :Puerain can effectively reduce bloodviscosity,expand coronary arteries and improve myocardial infarction in coronary heartdisease.
