摘要 目的: 探讨结核菌L型与肺癌的可能关系。方法: 应用改良抗酸染色法及免疫酶染色法,对96例经纤维支气管镜活检标本及20例手术切除肺标本进行结核菌及其L型的检测。结果: 93例肺癌组织抗酸染色及免疫酶染色阳性率分别为38.71%和51.61%,均高于非肺癌非肺结核(对照)组(P<0.01和P<0.05);抗酸染色所检出的结核菌除1例为典型杆菌外,其余都为L型;免疫酶染色阳性中,有29.17%阳性颗粒见于癌细胞中,有6.25%见于细胞核内。结论: 结核菌L型失去细胞壁后,与病毒特性相似,可与体细胞融合,将其DNA整合到宿主细胞染色体上,在肺癌发生中可能起一定作用。
Isolation of acid-fast bacillus L-forms from carcinoma of Lung

Abstract Objective: To study the possible relationship between acid-fast bacillus L-forms and lung carcinoma.Methods: Intensified Kinyoun's acid-fast staining and immunoenzyme staining were used for examining in 96 specimens obtained from fibroptic bronchoscopic biopsy and 20 specimens obtained from pulmonectomy.Results: In 93 specimens showed to have lung cancer positive rates of acid-fast staining and immunoenzyme staining were 38.71% and 51.61%,respectively,their positive rates were much higher than that in nontuberculosis and noncancer specimens(P<0.01 and P<0.05).The acid-fast organisms found were all in L-forms except one in bacillus forms.Immunoenzyme staining positive were found intracellular in 29.17% and intranuclei in 6.25% of the cancer patients.Conclusions: The DNA of the wall-defective mycobacterial L-forms may integrate into host DNA and lead to carcinoma formation,the mechanism may be similar to the carcinogenesis of virus.
