摘要 目的: 比较欧必亭和枢丹预防全麻腹部手术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法: 选择90例择期全麻腹部手术患者(ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级),随机分为3组,分别于麻醉诱导前10min缓慢静注生理盐水5ml、欧必亭5mg/5ml或枢丹4mg/5ml。观察术后24h内恶心呕吐情况并作比较。结果: 欧必亭和枢丹完全抑制术后24h恶心呕吐的发生率分别为67%和70%,显著高于对照组33%(P<0.01)。与对照组相比，欧必亭和枢丹都能够有效地降低恶心发生的程度(P<0.05),但欧必亭和枢丹2组之间无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论： 麻醉诱导前缓慢静注欧必亭5mg或枢丹4mg均能有效预防或减轻术后恶心呕吐。

PREVENTION OFPOSTOPERATIVE NAUSEA AND VOMITING

    WITH TROPISETRON OR ONDANSETRON

    IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING GENERAL ANESTHESIA

Abstract Objective: Tocompare the efficacy of tropisetron and ondansetron in the prevention of postoperativenausea and vomiting after abdominal surgery with general anesthesia.Methods: NinetyASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients undergoing abdominal surgerywith general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups.Ten minutes beforeanesthesia induction,the patients were given intravenouslytropisetron(5mg),ondansetron(4mg),or 0.9% saline respectively.The episodes of nausea andvomiting were observed for 24 hour after operation.Results: The effectiverates for tropisetron and ondansetron to inhibit completely the incidences ofpostoperative nausea and vomiting(no postoperative nausea and vomiting within the 24 hourpostoperatively) were 67% and 70% respectively.Both of them could significantly reduce thedegree of postoperative nausea and vomiting(P<0.01)withoutremarkable difference in efficiency between tropisetron and ondansetron(P>0.05).Conclusion: Intravenous tropisetron 5mg orondansetron 4mg before anesthesia induction can prevent or decrease greatly the incidenceof postoperative nausea and vomiting after abdominal surgery with general anesthesia.
