ABSTRACT :Method and technique of The simulation system of capillary were studied by microchannels formed in a silicon substrate. The design principle and the method were based on the micromechanical technology. The paper presented the manufacturing process of silicon microchannels. The channel grooves were measured at submicrometer accuracy, and formed by the technology of photolithography and etching for integrated circuits. The full process of the flow of cells through the microchannels can be quantitatively observed. The author also studied the reproducibility and application experiment of the method. The experimental results proved that the a new method has a good reproducibility (Coefficient of variation CV<5%). The new method was is informative, accurate, convenient and economical.

Key words :Silicon-microchannels; Red blood cells; Deformability; Micromechanical technology▲
