提出一种针对生物体共焦层析图象的三维重建算法,在荧光激发数学模型的基础上研究定向光线在空间中的传输,逐层递推得到任意方向上的消隐视图。该算法可较好重现试样的半透明效果,根据需要调整参数可使同一试样呈现透明、半透明或不透明的外观,辅助定向光源的引入有助于突出深层组织的细节结构,且具有其它算法无法比拟的运算速度。给出了算法的实现及实例。

THREE DIMENSIONAL “SIMULATED FLUORESCENCE” RECONSTRUCTION ALGORITHM FOR SCANNINGBIOLOGICAL IMAGES

ABSTRACT : A so called “simulatedfluorescence” sectional reconstruction method especially suitable for three dimensionalbiological confocal images is proposed. Transformation of directional illumination isinvestigated by ways of “fluorescence stimulate”. The algorithm is repeated layer bylayer so as to render the views in arbitrary path, semi-transparent area of biologicalsamples can be well processed. Transparent, semi transparent or opacity outlook of thesame object are available simultaneity by simple adjustment of several parameters. Thedetails originally hide in deep layers can be shown with the aid of auxiliary directionalsource. It can provide far more acceptable speed compared with conventional methods aswell. The realization and examples of the algorithm are also given.
