摘 要 目的： 建立测定顽痹通胶囊中士的宁含量的高效液相色谱法。方法： 采用高效液相色谱法。以ZORBAXRX-SIL(150mm×4.6mm 5μm)为色谱柱；流动相：正已烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨水(270∶270∶20∶1.7)；检测波长：254nm；流速：1.0ml^. min^-1 。结果： 士的宁的加样回收率为97.82%，RSD为1.85%(n=5)。结论： 该方法准确、灵敏度高，重现性好。

Abstract AIM To establisha high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of strychnine inwanbitong capsules.METHODS Silica gel was used as the stationaryphase,n-hexane-dichloromethane-methanol-ammonia(270∶270∶20∶1.7)as the mobile phase,with detection wavelength at 254nmand the flow rate of 1.0ml per minute.RESULTS The mean recovery ofstrychnine in wanbitong capsules was 97.82% and RSD was 1.85%.CONCLUSION This method was reliable and accurate.
