摘要 目的：评价随访1年以上的三叉神经痛显微血管减压患者91例的远期疗效。方法：随访日本山形大学医学部1982～1992年间61例，宁夏医学院1991～1996年间30例患者，时间13～126月(平均60月)。结果：术后早期治愈率为93.4%，随访得到患者主观满意率80%，术后疼痛未缓解率是6.6%，复发疼痛率为15%，术后并发症发生率7.7%。结论：采用显微外科技术重视三叉神经根附近痛因的解除对提高手术远期疗效是重要的。

    Long-term efficacy of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia SunTao, Saito Shi, Xu Jun, et al. Department of Neurosurgery, Affiliated Hospital of NingxiaMedical College, Yinchuan 750004

    Abstract Objective: To evaluate the long-term follow-up efficacyand subjective satisfaction of microvascular decompression in 91 patients with trigeminalneuralgia who were followed up more than 1 year. Methods: Patients comprised 61 cases whounderwent MVD between 1982 and 1992 in Yamagata University and 30 cases who underwent MVDbetween 1991 and 1996 in Ningxia Medical College. They were followed up from 13 to 126months (mean 60 months), and follow-up results were studied. Results: The immediatepostoperative cure rate were 93.4%. Satisfactary results obtained by follow-up were 80%.Incomplate pain relief were 6.6%. Recurrence pain rates were 15%. Occurred rates ofpostoperative hearing and facial sensory dysfunction were 7.7%. Conclusion: Improvingimmediate postoperative cure rate and decreasing complication ofter MVD by using improvedtechniques of MVD are important and feasible obtain satistfactory follow-up results.
