【摘要】 目的 观察胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)mRNA在人正常淋巴结的表达与分布,探讨IGFs与免疫系统功能的关系。方法 采用地高辛标记人IGFs 10个反义RNA探针和原位杂交的方法。结果 发现IGFs基因主要在淋巴结间质的网状细胞表达,IGF-I、IGFBP2和IGFBP3阳性表达细胞在淋巴结较均匀的分布,IGF-IIR多分布于外皮质区,IGFBP4和IGFBP5 mRNA阳性表达多见于皮质深层。结论 在淋巴结IGFs主要以旁分泌的形式产生,其对于免疫功能的维持可能具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression and distribution of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) genes in human normal lymph nodes. Methods IGFs mRNA in lymph nodes were detected by in situ hybridization with Digoxin labeled IGFs riboprobes. Results Most of the IGFs genes were transcribed in reticular cells. IGF-I, IGFBP2 and IGFBP3 mRNA were distributed all over the lymph nodes. IGF-IIR was mainly expressed in the outer cortex. IGFBP4 and IGFBP5 mRNA expression cells were observed in deep cortex. Conclusion The data suggest that in lymph nodes IGFs are produced and function in a paracrine-autocrine fashion. They may play an important role in maintenance of immune system functions.
