摘要 报道行改良 Madigan前列腺切除术107例的临床资料。年龄48～87岁,平均69岁。术中和术后并发症有尿道损伤25例,膀胱颈损伤2例,直肠粘膜损伤1例,精囊损伤1例,术中大量出血1例达600ml。术后排尿不畅1例，轻度尿失禁5例,耻骨后间隙感染1例。对并发症的防治进行了讨论。

    Abstract Modified Madigan prostatectomy was performed for 107 cases ofbenign prostatic hyperplasia.The age of the patients ranged from 48 to 87 with a mean of69. All the patients had the typical clinical picture of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Theintraoperative and postoperative complications included urethral injury in 25 cases,bladder neck injury in 2 ,rectum mucous membrane injury in 1, vesicle seminal injury in 1, se-rious bleeding of 600ml in 1, voiding difficulty in 1, urinary incontinence in 5 andretropubic space infection in 1.Prevention and management of the above compications werediscussed in detail.
