【摘要】 目的 对细针抽吸活检(FNAB)和多普勒超声检查(CDFIDD)在肾移植术后的应用价值进行评价。 方法 随机选择40例肾移植病人，将FNAB和CDFIDD诊断与两者相结合得出的结论作对比。 结果 三种方式诊断准确率分别为81%、86%和95%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 FNAB和CDFIDD结合检查，可作为肾移植术后的常规监测手段，在临床上有较高的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective Toevaluate fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB),colour Doppler flow image (CDFI) and thecombined use of FNAB and duplex Doppler (CDFIDD) in the surveillance of renal allografts. Methods Thediagnosis accuracy of FNAB,CDFI and the combined use of FNAB and CDFIDD in thesurveillance of 40 renal allogrfts was analysed. Results Thediagnosis accuracy was 81% for FNAB,86% for CDFIDD and 95% for the combined use of FNABand CDFIDD (P<0.05). Conclusions Thecombined use of FNAB and CDFIDD has been superior to the others and is recommended for thesurveillance of renal allografts.
