【摘要 】 目的 研究血清Ⅰ型前胶原羧端肽原(PICP)和Ⅰ型胶原吡啶交联终肽(ICTP)浓度与前列腺癌骨转移的关系。 方法 放免法检测61例BPH、18例前列腺癌和28例前列腺癌骨转移患者的血清PICP和ICTP。 结果 前列腺癌骨转移者的PICP和ICTP明显升高，PICP和ICTP联合试验的敏感性和特异性均优于PICP或ICTP的单独试验。 结论 PICP>205μ g/L或者ICTP>6.0μ g/L时，应怀疑前列腺癌骨转移;PICP>205μ g/L而且ICTP>6.0μ g/L时，临床诊断前列腺癌骨转移。

【Abstract 】 Objective Tostudy the correlation between PICP or ICTP and bone metastasis in prostate cancer. Methods Serumlevels of PICP and ICTP were measured by radioimmunoassay in 61 patients with benighprostatic hyperplasia(BPH), 18 patients with prostate cancer and in 28 patients withprostate cancer and bone metastasis. Results The serum levels of PICPand ICTP are significantly increased. The parallel test and serial test are sensitivelyand specifically higher than the test of either PICP or ICTP. Conclusions When thelevel of either PICP is more than 205μ g/L or ICTP more than 6.0μ g/L,the possibility of bone metastasis should not be neglected. When the level of PICP isabove 205μ g/L and that of ICTP above 6.0μ g/L, the diagnosis ofprostate cancer with bone metastasis is certain.
