【摘要】 目的 探讨基因Ki-67和bcl-2产物在肾癌组织中表达的意义及相关关系，了解肿瘤增殖与凋亡的特点。 方法 采用免疫组化SABC法，对43例肾癌与10例正常肾组织的石蜡包埋标本切片对照，进行与产物表达的统计研究。 结果 bcl-2在肾癌组织中阳性表达率为80%，与正常肾组织(42%)相比，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。但其表达与肿瘤分级，分期无关(P>0.05)。Ki-67的表达与肿瘤分级,分期及预后密切相关(P<0.05)，随恶性程度增加，其表达强度也增加。Ki-67与bcl-2的表达无显著相关性(r=0.241)。 结论 检测肾癌组织中Ki-67产物表达可以作为预后的评价指标;bcl-2可能参与了肾组织由良性向恶性转化的过程,但与癌细胞恶性分化程度无关。

    

The expression ofKi-67 and bcl-2 in renal cell carcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To study Ki-67 and bcl-2 expressions in renal cellcarcinoma and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods Ki-67 and bcl-2 expressions were studied byimmunohistochemical technique in 43 samples of renal carcinoma tissues and in 10 normalrenal tissues and their clinical significance was analysed. Results The positive rate of bcl-2 expression in the renalcarcinoma tissue was 80% while it was 42% in the normal renal tissue (P< 0.05).However,it was not relatedto the tumor grade and tumor stage (P> 0.05).On the other hand,Ki-67 was positively related to the tumorgrade,tumor stage and the prognosis of the patient (P< 0.05).No significant correlation has been noted betweenKi-67 and bcl-2 (r=0.241). Conclusions Ki-67 might serve as a prognostic marker for renal cellcarcinoma.bcl-2 might involve in the transformation of benign to malignant process but isnot related to the degree of differentiation of the tumor cells.
