摘要 以穿透人工基底膜能力为依据筛选具有体外高侵袭能力的膀胱癌细胞，观察侵袭与转移的关系。用体外培养法收集扩增能侵袭穿透人工基底膜的细胞，对比筛选前后细胞体内外增殖和侵袭转移能力。结果显示：筛选后的子代细胞体外侵袭力均有明显的提高，其中有2株子代细胞裸鼠皮下接种后能形成肿瘤局部侵袭和淋巴结转移。表明侵袭对转移形成有重要影响，但完成转移还需要其它因素的参与。转移能力与细胞增殖有一定关系，但却分别受不同因素控制。

    Abstract Using a specially constructed in vitro invasion chamber cells thatpenetrate the Matrigel were selected and cultured to establish offspring cell lines.Thedifference between offspring and parent cell lines in proliferation and metastasis wereinvestigated.The results revealed (1)In vitro invasion ability of all offspring cell lineswere enhanced significantly,Es3 and Ts3 cells had acquired ability of lymph nodemetastasis in nude mice but Bs3 could not form metastasis.This suggested that invasion isa very important property for metastasis formation but some other properties are alsorequired (2) The proliferation rate of Es3 and Ts3 in nude mice was not differentsignificantly comparing to their parental cells.This suggested that metastasis and tumorcell proliferation were controlled by different mechanisms.
