【摘要 】 目的 探讨泌尿道原发性印戒细胞癌的临床和病理特征。 方法 临床资料分析及光镜、免疫组化、电镜观察 5例泌尿道原发性印戒细胞癌。 结果 肿瘤发生于膀胱者 4例、尿道者 1例。临床表现以血尿为主伴尿路刺激症状。组织学以大片印戒样癌细胞、腺管样结构及粘液池形成为特征。免疫组化标记示癌细胞癌胚抗原 (CEA)和上皮膜抗原 (EMA)阳性。电镜下瘤细胞胞浆内有大量圆形粘液颗粒，中等电子密度，粘液多糖物质呈颗粒状。 结论 泌尿道印戒细胞癌来源于移行上皮的全能干细胞。结合文献，对其临床、病理特征以及治疗预后进行了讨论。

Signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract

【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract. Methods The clinical data,light and electromicroscopic manifestations,histopathological and immunohistochemical features of 5 cases of primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract were reviewed. Results The tumor was located in the bladder in 4 cases and in the urethra in 1.The outstanding symptoms were hematuria and bladder irritation symptoms.On histopathological study,the tumor was characterized by large amount of signet-ring cells,adenoid structures and mucoid pools.Immunohistochemical assay of CEA and EMA were positive in the tumor tissues.On electromicroscopic study,there were round mucoid granule with medium electrom density in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells Conclusions It was suggested that the signet-ring cell carcinoma of the urinary tract was derived from the totipotent cells of transitional epithelium.Its clinical and pathological manifestations and the treatment and prognosis were pressented and discussed.
