【摘要 】 目的 探讨自制尿道缝合器修补尿道狭窄的效果。方法 25例后尿道狭窄或闭锁患者应用自制尿道缝合器行经会阴尿道端端吻合术。结果 手术一次成功，并可缩短尿道吻合时间及避免相邻脏器的损伤，均恢复正常排尿。结论 该缝合器是尿道端端吻合的最佳器械。

A self-designed sewer forthe use in urethroplasty in urethral stricture

【 Abstract 】 Objective To improve and simplify the technique of urethroplasty inurethral stricture. Methods A sewer has been designed and constructed and was used in 25 casesof urethral strictura.Urethroplasty was carried out via the perineal approach. Results Urethral anastomosis was madeeasier and simple.The operation time has been shortened and injury to adjacent structurescould be avoided.Normal micturation has been achieved in all the patients on follow upstudies. Conclusions The sewer is highly recommendedfor urethral anastomosis.
