摘要目的 研究老年慢性肺心病(CPHD)患者不同病期外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)凋亡的变化，并探讨其临床意义。方法用DNA断端标记法(TDT法)测定PBL在体外培养24小时的凋亡发生率，并观察用脂多糖(LPS)和金葡菌肠毒素B(SEB)刺激PBL后24小时凋亡率的变化。结果患者急性加重期的PBL体外培养24小时后凋亡率(29.94%±11.24%)高于缓解期(11.04%±3.86%)及健康组(9.28%±2.55%)，加入LPS及超抗原SEB刺激后，缓解期患者的PBL凋亡率明显增加，与健康组相比差异有显著性。结论老年CPHD患者PBL凋亡率与病情有关，应用外源性刺激原可引起PBL的激活诱导凋亡(AICD)。

Methods In situ terminal deoxynuleotidyl transferase-mediated nick-end labeling (TDT) method was used.
