摘要 为了查清百草坡牧场布鲁氏菌病(布病)流行现状和特点，采取分层整群抽样的方法，选择百草坡牧场中心点、周边的县改良站、丙底乡以及与百草坡相距甚远的热柯觉乡的部分人、畜进行血清流行病学调查，结果显示：百草坡牧场人和牦牛布病感染率分别为31.03%和47.19%，明显高于其他点。职业人群中以兽医和放牧员感染最重，青壮年是主要的受染对象。

    

Study on the Characteristics ofBrucellosis on the Baicaopo Pasture Xue Mei^* ,Fu Qingpei,Wang Limao, etal.^* Sanitary and Antiepidemic Station ofSi Chuan,Chengdu 610031

    Abstract To study the current situation and characteristics of brucellosison Baicaopo Pasture,a sero-epidemiological survey was conducted among local people,animalstogether with nearby county livestocks from Breed-improvment Stations,Bingdi township andRekejue township which are far away from the pasture.The results showed that the infectionrates of brucellosis in humans and yaks on the Baieaopo Pasture were 31.03% and 47.19%respectively,apparent higher than those in other places.There were more infected casesamong local veterinarians and herdsmen than among other jobs.Young adults seemed to be atmost risk.
