【摘要】目的 观察凋亡细胞在骨关节病关节软骨中的分布并探讨凋亡与骨关节病的关系。方法 用原位杂交及原位末端标记技术，对临床经过石蜡包埋的骨关节病关节软骨标本定位检测Ⅹ型胶原表达及凋亡。结果 关节软骨损伤后，出现软骨退变变性，簇集软骨细胞群表达Ⅹ型胶原(似肥大软骨细胞)，同时存在凋亡。结论 凋亡可能在骨关节病发病机制中起重要作用，与骨关节病预后关系密切。

【 Abstract 】 Objective Toinvestigate the distribution of apoptosis in osteoarthritis and the relation betweenapoptosis and osteoarthritis. Methods The cartilage tissue ofosteoarthritis was used to detect the expression of collagen type Ⅹ and apoptosis by in situ hybridization and insitu end labeling(ISEL). Results After articular cartilage injury, thedegeneration and denature of the cartilage occurred, and the cluster expressed collagentype Ⅹ (likehypertrophic chondrocyte) and apoptosis appeared. Conclusion Apoptosismay play a key role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of osteoarthritis.
