【摘要】目的 探讨骨肉瘤远处软组织转移的诊治及预后。方法 对自1976～1997年收治的5例骨肉瘤远处软组织转移患者的临床表现及诊治经过进行回顾性分析总结。结果 软组织转移2例为首发转移，3例为肺转移出现后继发转移。单发3例，多发2例，部位包括：头皮、臀肌、胸肌、颈后肌肉。由于缺乏认识，均不同程度延误诊治。5例患者共行局部切除手术10次，6次出现复发；3例接受放疗有部分疗效；2例接受化疗无效。随访2～17个月(平均9.2个月)，4例死于肺转移，1例死于脑转移。结论 对骨肉瘤患者的随访应警惕远处软组织转移的发生，早期诊断并积极治疗。手术切除应充分，可辅以放疗，改进全身治疗方案是提高生存率的关键。

    Distant Soft Tissue Metastasis of Osteosarcoma

【 Abstract 】 Objective To study the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of distant soft tissue metastasis ofosteosarcoma. Methods Five patients with osteosarcoma having distant soft tissue metastases were reviewed. The metastatic lesions were comfirmed in pathological sections. Results The diagnosis of these five cases were not established early and the treatment was also delayed because of the neglect by the doctors in charge.The distant soft tissue metastasis is single in 3 patients, and multiple in the other 2 patients. The sites include scalp, nuchal muscles, gluteal muscls, and muscles of the thorax. The 5 patients underwent 10 local resectional operations, and the soft tissue metastases recurred in 6 sites after local resection. Three patients had radiotherapy with partial response, and two patients were given chemotherapy without effect. The duration of follow up was 2 to 17 months (mean 9.2 months).
