【摘要】目的 确定恶性骨肿瘤(成骨肉瘤)的热疗最佳温度与时间。方法 采用临床新鲜成骨肉瘤标本20例与成骨肉瘤培养细胞,不同温度不同时间作用后,观察细胞活性,进行电镜、光镜、免疫组化检查。结果 45℃作用30分钟85%的成骨肉瘤细胞死亡,50℃作用30分钟全部肿瘤细胞即时死亡,电镜下组织标本呈现不可逆性破坏,免疫组化抗原大部分保存完好,大于50℃则抗原明显减弱,大于70℃则抗原逐渐消失。结论 50℃30分钟可作为成骨肉瘤热疗温度、时间。

    A Preliminary ExperimentalStudy on Optimum Hyperthermic Temperature for the Treatment of Osteogenic Sarcoma

Abstract Objective Todetermine the optimum temperature for hyperthermic treatment of osteogenic sarcoma. Methods The living cells and fresh tumor samples of osteogenic sarcoma were heated in vitro atdifferent temperatures for different time intervals. The cell living test, electron andlight microscopy, immunohistological stain were used to inspect these samples. Results After heated at 45 ℃ for30 minutes, 85% ofthe osteogenic sarcoma cells were killed, and heated at 50 ℃ for 30 minutes, 100% of the cells were killed, the osteogenic sarcomamorphology showed irreversible damage under electron microscope. Above 50 ℃ heating the osteogenicassociated antigens decreased obviously and above 70 ℃ heating the osteogenic associated antigens disappearednearly completely. Conclusion 50 ℃ for 30 minutes seemed to be the optimum temperature andtime of the osteogenic sarcoma thermotherapy.
