【摘要】 目的 为了探索简单实用的外科矫正上颌前突的方法，治疗上下颌前部为主的畸形。方法 采用局麻下I期双颌前部根尖下楔形截骨术，避免进入梨状孔而引起并发症，部分患者行术前后正畸。结果 46例手术效果满意，不影响原正中关系。结论 该术式简单安全暴露充分，创伤小，移动范围大，是矫正轻中度颌骨畸形的理想方法之一。

【 Abstract 】 Objective Inorder to study the simple and practical surgical treatment of maxillary protrusion.Methods The wedge-shaped, subapical osteotomy of the maxilla and mandible was performedunder local anesthesia. The procedure should not enter the nasal cavity. Some patients hadpreoperative or postoperative orthodontic treatment. Results Theoperation results in 46 patients were all satisfactory in terms of facial configurationand occlusion relationship. No complications occurred.Conclusion Thismethod is simple and less traumatic with good exposure of operative field and larger scopeof movement. It is one of the ideal methods of surgical orthodontics for mild or medialmaxillary and mandibular deformities.
