【摘要】 目的 总结手指电烧伤的修复特点。方法 分析了83例269个手指电烧伤，对伤情特点及修复方式进行了探讨。结果 手指电烧伤具有多发性的特点，决定了创面修复上的复杂性，手术时机应根据不同情况而定，一般情况下可早期手术，但近环形或环形创面，早期只宜作减张手术或单纯焦痂切除，避免彻底扩创损伤残存血管，待手指远端血运充分改善后，再行延迟手术修复创面，这样可保留手指，效果良好。结论 手指电烧伤创面修复可采用多种皮瓣，选用皮瓣的顺序应依次为同指皮瓣、同手皮瓣、远位皮瓣。

    Rehabilitation of 269fingers with electrical burns

【 Abstract 】 Objective Tosummarize the clinical feature of the fingers with electrical burns.Methods 269fingers with electrical burns were analysed in the characteristics of injury and the typesof repair.Results Fingers with electrical burns were oftenmultiple,characterizing the complexity of the wound repair.Operation time should bedetermined by different conditions.Usually the fingers with electrical burns should beoperated early but the circunferential wound surface should be depressed or eschar excisedduring early stage in order to avoid ischemia of distal segment.When the circulation ofthe finger distal to the injury is improved,operation should be done to repair woundsurface.Conclusion Many kinds of flaps might be used for repair offingers with electrical burns.The flaps from the same finger should be the firstchoice,followed by flaps from the same hand and distant flaps.
