摘要 目的：为提高疗效， 改善预后， 对髓母细胞瘤(Mb)综合治疗方法和影响预后的因素进行研究。方法：通过对1年内收治的34例患儿进行回顾性研究，着重分析手术切除与预后的关系， 并结合文献进行讨论。结果：本组患儿采用显微手术大多可以做到全切或近全切除肿瘤，辅以术后放、 化疗， 经随访获得良好疗效。结论：手术全切肿瘤辅以足够剂量的放、化疗是降低复发转移率、提高存活率的有效手段。

    Abstract Objective: In order to improve the prognosis of medulloblastoma, the microsurgical therapy and some factors related to the prognosis areevaluated. Methods: With a review of the literatures, the diagnosis and microsurgicaltreatment for 34 children of medulloblastoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Allcases underwent total or near total tumor removal with microsurgical precedures combinedwith radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Most of them have got satisfactory results.Conclusions: The authors conclude that a total tumor removal adjuvant with postoperativeradiotherapy and chemotherapy is an effective method to prevent metastasis and recurrenceof medulloblastoma.
